This review violates Etsy's seller protection against using reviews for extortion. The customer demanded a refund before delivery and after, claimed not to receive the package. Customer claimed there was no tracking despite using the Etsy system and package shown as delivered in the order; They justified months of harassment. Attempts were made to contact Etsy support and resulted in only 1 review removed given extortion and no Etsy responses to any open cases. I've run this shop since 2012 and never had such terrible service or protection as a seller. If I hadn't been here so long, I may have closed. Unfortunately, these fraudulent reviews tanked my shop rating from 4.5 stars and I have no support in fixing this. Please use other reviews to gauge your interest and reach out with any questions or for assistance!
